More signal, less noise
LinkedIn lets you see who's connected to who, but a LinkedIn connection can be a weak signal. Furthermore, if you're not close to the relationship holder, a referral is unlikely to happen. With a vested interest in your company success, your Swarm "team" is more likely to make high-quality sales intros.
With The Swarm import sources, such as Google Contacts and work overlaps, you can also find people that are more connected and reachable than the average LinkedIn connection.
