Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate complex payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide input into the roadmap and strategy for future process re-engineering efforts.

Create user guides and other training documentation to educate users on the new process and/or systems changes. Provide ongoing support to the business during launch and stabilization periods.

Troubleshoot issues and work with the appropriate parties to prioritize their resolution.
